Eastlink webmail is the browser-based email portal provided by Eastlink Telecommunications, one of Atlantic Canada's largest ISPs serving Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, PEI, Newfoundland & Labrador. The service lets subscribers access their @eastlink.ca email accounts from any device without installing software.
The Eastlink webmail portal at webmail.eastlink.ca uses Roundcube — an open-source, full-featured webmail client that supports folders, drag-and-drop organization, contact books, filters, and email signatures. The same Roundcube interface is also used by Xplornet, Execulink, Northwestel, and TBaytel.
For users who prefer a desktop email client, Eastlink supports IMAP (recommended) and POP3 protocols compatible with Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail, and any standard email app. See the settings table on the right for full configuration details.

Open Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge and type webmail.eastlink.ca into the address bar. Press Enter. You will land on the official Eastlink Roundcube login page. Bookmark this URL for faster access next time.
In the Username field, type your complete @eastlink.ca email address (e.g. johnsmith@eastlink.ca). Do not omit the domain — entering just johnsmith will not work.
Type your Eastlink email password in the Password field. This may be the same as your main Eastlink internet account password, or a separate one if you created a dedicated email password through My Eastlink. Passwords are case-sensitive.
💡 Tip: If you see a "Remember me" checkbox, only check it on personal devices — never on shared or public computers.Click the Sign In button. If your credentials are correct, you will be redirected to your Eastlink Roundcube inbox. This typically loads within 2–5 seconds depending on your connection speed.
⚠ If you see an error message, check Caps Lock is off and re-enter your password carefully.You are now inside Roundcube. Use the left sidebar to navigate Inbox, Sent, Drafts, Spam, and Trash folders. Click Compose to write a new email. Go to Settings (gear icon) to set up auto-reply, email filters, and signature. Always click Logout when done.

Eastlink does not have a dedicated webmail app. Instead, add your @eastlink.ca email to Gmail, Apple Mail, Outlook, or Aqua Mail using the IMAP settings on the left.

Forgot your Eastlink email password? Follow these steps to regain access to your @eastlink.ca inbox.
Visit webmail.eastlink.ca and look for the "Forgot Password?" or "Reset Password" link below the login form.
Type your full @eastlink.ca email address. Eastlink will send a reset link to your backup recovery email or SMS to your phone.
Click the reset link in the recovery email. Choose a new strong password with at least 8 characters, mixing letters, numbers, and symbols.
Return to webmail.eastlink.ca and log in with your @eastlink.ca email and your newly created password.
Password reset not working? If you don't have a backup email/phone registered, online reset may not be available.
